Additional visitors:
For parties of up to twenty five visitors,
prices are as listed in the relevant section of this site (Prices). The
additional charge per visitor in excess of twenty five in a
party (2008 & 2009 excluding children two and under) (2010 excluding children eleven and under) is shown below. (These charges apply
to the length of stay of additional visitors, not to the length
of stay of the party as a whole.)

Deposits:
Payment in full is required for bookings less than eight weeks in advance. A deposit of 25%
of the charge is required to confirm bookings made more than eight weeks in advance. The balance
must be paid within eight weeks of the beginning of the holiday. Once a confirmation of booking
has been sent, you are responsible for the full cost of your holiday as shown on the confirmation.
Deposits and charges paid in full will be refunded less an administration charge of £25 only if we
are able to re-book Treowen for the same period.
Discounts:
There is a discount of 5% on the basic cost of any repeat bookings you make.
We also pay 5% commission of the basic holiday cost before VAT for customers introduced by you who prove
satisfactory. Payment is made at the end of their holiday.
Payment:
Cheques should be made payable to R.A. & J.P. Wheelock. We regret that we are unable to accept
payment by credit or debit card (Booking).
