Treowen offers the ideal setting for those who want to create their own special day, rather than accept a standard package. As you will see from the Accommodation and Floor Plans pages, Treowen offers a range of reception rooms, as well as plenty of accommodation for guests. An extensive private garden with superb views gives the perfect setting for an outdoor reception. Treowen is licensed for civil partnerships. The partnership can be solemnized by the registrar in the Dining Room, the Banqueting Hall, the Oak Room, the Long Drawing Room or, for an "outdoor" ceremony, the Porch. (To comply with fire regulations the Long Drawing Room is restricted to 85 guests for the ceremony, 50 if the ceremony starts after 3.45 p.m. in December or January.)
      While we do not provide the other services you may require such as catering, florists etc., we have a list of local suppliers recommended by previous visitors to Treowen List of suppliers , but you may choose any other supplier you prefer. If you would like to see the house, you are most welcome to view it provided that a time which does not inconvenience other visitors can be agreed. Between visitors on a Friday or during the week if only the weekend is booked are usually good times, but other times can be arranged. Please note that the price pages are for self catering holidays there is an additional charge of £200 for a reception and £400 for a civil partnership and reception.
