 Holiday Types Price Policy 

Party Size and use of the House: The house is equipped for thirty five visitors and is let as self catering accommodation. Treowen is approved for civil weddings and partnerships and is suitable for a variety of functions. Use of the house for weddings, civil partnerships, receptions, functions including non-residents, etc. will only be considered if permission is requested at the time of booking and there may be an additional charge. Permission for fireworks costs £30 and may not be available at certain times of year for animal welfare reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke any bookings from parties which may in our opinion (and at our sole discretion) be unsuitable for Treowen. Heating and Fuel: Prices include oil for central heating and hot water, electricity and an initial supply of firewood. Extra firewood is paid for by the barrow load. Linen: Duvets, covers, sheets and pillowcases are provided for up to twenty five visitors; ten camp beds, but not bedding, for additional visitors; two highchairs and two cots without bedding. Tea towels are provided, but personal towels are not. Cleaning: We ask you to leave the house as clean as you would like to find it. The house is cleaned between visitors. There is no extra charge for this service unless extra heavy cleaning is required after you leave, or you do not leave the property and its contents reasonably tidy. Damage: All damage and breakages are your legal responsibility and their costs shall be payable on demand. We reserve the right to make additional charges for damage not reported to us. However, minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged. Motor Cars and Personal Belongings: Motor cars and personal belongings are at your risk at all times, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to motor cars, their contents, or personal belongings. Access: We shall be allowed access to Treowen at any reasonable time. Safety: The house is surrounded by a working, tenanted farm. Please take care near any farm machinery, particularly of children, as the operator may not be able to see them. For safety reasons you may only go into the farm buildings with specific permission. Pets: Pets are welcome at a charge of £10. Dogs must be kept on a lead to prevent sheep worrying. Post and Telephone: The postal address is: Treowen, Wonastow, Monmouth, NP25 4DL.
